A completely unscientific survey of the year 2016 reveals that it was turbulent from most perspectives. Personally,.my classical art studies became a causality of time consuming mini crises that flavored my 2016.
This year I hope to get back on track, have subscribed to Audible for the Historical Biographies of some great artists and plan to start attending a life drawing group to add structure to my studies. The target is to finish the Barnestone drawing courses. Wish me luck!

I'm excited to discover a fun facet of Procreate! It records every stroke of your drawing into a video format. After you finish your art, go to tools to share art and there is an option to export video. Then I uploaded it to youtube where its possible to add music…it's a magical new trick :-)
Have you ever used Creative Commons? This looks like a great FREE resource for clip art, as well as a new avenue for exposure.
What do you think? Just ran across this link to the Rijksmuseum where they digitized 210,000 works of art and made them viewable online for free!
The site is easy to navigate and you can zoom in to great detail on the paintings. It's a beautiful and valuable reference resource for any artist.
iPad like a budget cintiq :-)
